Uwaaaaaaaaah, finally finished!
Title is lame, but I couldn't help: while thinking of this image (a guy with a power of fire) my MP3-played suddently played the song "I DJ with the fire" from Eiffel 65
So I just had to put it. And so, the character will be called Eiffel
Actually I wanted to do it very anime-ish (you now, one base color and one shading color with no blendng) but I think I can't color without blending
So at least I tried to put a lot of details. I started with the lineart, it's maybe the first one I spend so much time on. The laces, the hairs, the belt design (heart). And then, after the coloring, I tried to add some specials like the gems or the glow and the leather texture.
I had problems with the fire, but after spending a lot of time on the nternet looking at a lot of deviant's tutorials I found a way to do them.
Globally, I used

And I played a loooooooooooooooot with layers
